Dennis Roddam is a wildlife artist based in Saltburn-by-the-Sea. His work in varies in style and medium but is always taken from observations of the natural world. His work is created in both mixed media (eg.acrylics and watercolours) as well as ceramics.


Dennis has exhibited widely throughout the north of England and also had several solo exhibitions at Danby Inspired by Gallery, Captain Cook Birthplace Museum and Dormans museum amongst others. He has exhibited several times at the annual National Exhibition of Wildlife Art in Cheshire (winning the Birds, Birds, Birds award), the Artist & Leisure Painter Patchings Exhibition (winning David & Charles Award) and was a finalist in the BBC Wildlife Artis of the Year. He was also commissioned by Middlesbrough Council to create a work that was presented to Sir David Attenborough.

Brigantia also provides a regular exhibition opportunity in the greater Yorkshire area for Dennis to showcase his
ceramics in particular.
